Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Coordinator with derma experience, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and receptionist duties. This role also involves understanding and using medical terminology, as well as maintaining clear and effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in phone etiquette, general receptionist duties, and appointment scheduling
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in dermatology, is must
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English
