We’re looking for a Denial Management Manager to lead and optimize denial processes, ensuring efficient reimbursement and improved revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee denial management operations and analyze claim adjudication trends.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to reduce denial rates.
• Collaborate with medical, billing, and payer teams for resolution.
• Prepare reports and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent.
2. Preferred to be a physician with good understanding of clinical workflows.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in denial management or healthcare revenue cycle.
4. Strong analytical and communication skills.
