Job responsibility

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for digital pathology systems and solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pathologists, lab managers, hospital procurement teams, and IT departments.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to support strategic positioning.
  • Weekly update on Partners portal / in house funnel portals.
  • Tracking the demo activity / status / monthly report for the review.

Application Support

  • Provide pre- and post-sales application support for digital pathology systems, including slide scanners, image management software, and AI-based analysis tools.
  • Conduct user training sessions on software operation, workflow integration, and best practices.
  • Support system installations, configurations, and validations in collaboration with technical service teams.
  • Troubleshoot user challenges, coordinate escalation to technical support when required, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert to support customer satisfaction and smooth adoption of digital pathology workflows.

Market & Clinical Engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing teams for product launches, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Build key opinion leader (KOL) relationships and support clinical evidence generation projects.
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and market strategies.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare/technology field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in medical equipment or digital pathology sales and/or application support.
  • Solid understanding of pathology workflows, laboratory IT systems, and healthcare regulations in the UAE.
