We urgently seek a qualified Assistant Charge Nurse for Abu Dhabi. This critical role requires immediate allocation to our Abu Dhabi operations.

Position: Assistant Charge Nurse
Location: Abu Dhabi

Reports to: Nurse Manager
License Required: DOH License
Facility: Homecare
Job Type: Office Base

Major Responsibilities:
Assist the Nurse Manager in managing and supervising nursing staff
Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and standards
Coordinate patient care activities and ensure effective communication among the healthcare team
Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans
Provide direct patient care as needed and support nursing staff in complex cases
Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
Conduct staff training and development sessions.
Handling Infection Control
Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:
Valid DOH License
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred
