We are a German scientific office providing the latest advanced technology in the field of medical devices, instruments, disposables, machines, and complete closed and open systems in laparoscopic surgery, endoscopic surgery, orthopedic surgery, spinal and cranial surgery, and long-term care for over 15 years.

We are seeking a Medical Device Trainer who will be responsible for delivering technical and soft skills training to internal teams and healthcare professionals. The primary goal is to enhance product knowledge, improve sales capabilities, and ensure proper clinical use of our devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive technical and clinical training on medical devices to the sales team
• Develop and implement engaging training materials tailored to product features and clinical use
• Conduct soft skills training sessions focused on communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer engagement strategies
• Provide ongoing education, hands-on workshops, and in-field coaching to enhance team effectiveness
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure training alignment and compliance

Preferred Background:

• Previous experience working at top-tier medical device companies such as Medtronic, Johnson & Johnson, GE Healthcare, Siemens Healthineers, Philips, or similar
• Strong understanding of medical devices and clinical environments
• Familiarity with healthcare markets in the Middle East

Bonus Skills:

• Experience coaching sales professionals in customer-centric engagement and value-based selling
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern training methodologies (e.g., role-play, scenario-based learning, e-learning tools)
• Prior experience in sales or commercial roles within the healthcare or medical device sector is a strong advantage
• Experience conducting needs assessments, skill gap analysis, and post-training evaluations to measure impact and ROI
• Ability to assess training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance improvement tracking
• Background in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related clinical field is advantageous
