We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Sr. Product Specialist- Neurosurgery/ Coronary and Endovascular join our team at Bayan Medical Company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Sales and Marketing of Neuro, Coronary and Endovascular Products and Consumables.

Location: Dubai/ Abu Dhabi, UAE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Neuro/ Coronary and Endovascular solutions.
• Establish and implement sales objectives and goals.
• Consistently achieves and exceeds Annual Sales Targets by planning, organizing and managing all sales activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors and hospital purchasing team by proactively arranging appointments through both pre-arranged appointments or regular cold calling.
• Develop and deliver professional presentations to surgeons and medical staff.
• Maintain a comprehensive and accurate records of all stakeholders.
• Track and analyze competitor activities and products.
• Explore markets in order to identify new sales leads, opportunities and industry trends.
• Represent the company and engage with industry professional at Medical Conferences and other events.
• Evaluate market demand and try to meet customers’ needs and expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field i.e. Biomedical Medical Engineer, Medical Technology etc.
• 4-6 years of sales experience related to Neuro Surgical/ Coronary and Endovascular products.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Mandatory UAE Work Experience.
• UAE Driving License.
