We’re Hiring: Biomedical Engineer (Full-Time, Permanent) – UAE

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Biomedical Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in biomedical equipment service and sales, a customer-focused mindset, and strong technical expertise.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Management
   Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair biomedical equipment and systems.
   Evaluate and validate the performance of new medical equipment.
   Ensure critical equipment uptime and continuous functionality.
2. Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
   Develop and execute PPM schedules in line with manufacturer and regulatory standards.

Conduct routine inspections and testing to prevent failures.
Maintain detailed documentation and compliance records for audits.

3. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Management
   Oversee equipment under AMC, ensuring vendor compliance and timely support.
   Coordinate with third-party service providers.
   Maintain up-to-date AMC agreements and service reports.
4. Technical Support
   Provide technical assistance and training to healthcare staff.
   Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
5. Compliance & Safety
   Ensure all equipment meets DHA, MOH, and international safety standards.
   Maintain service histories, calibration certificates, and audit documentation.

✅ Candidate Requirements

Experience:
2+ years as a Biomedical Service Engineer in the UAE (Required)
1+ year in Biomedical Sales in the UAE (Required)
Note: We will also consider relevant experience from the candidate’s home country.
Strong product knowledge in medical and biomedical equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE Driving License (Required).
Willingness to travel across the UAE for client visits and service calls.
Team player with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Nationality: Asian
