Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing product strategy in assigned regions, promoting UIH products to increase customer base, and driving the growth of market share;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales & product marketing objectives;
  • Execute Go-to-Market Strategy and plans to increase project winning rate;
  • Identify and Develop KOL relations in Key countries and closely work together with them to improve brand awareness and reputation as well as the leadership position of relevant products.
  • Interface directly with prospects, and determine optimal system configurations accordingly;
  • Create and deliver customized presentations/demonstrations and/or site visits to prospects;
  • Perform market surveys and competitor assessments across the region on a routine basis. Summarize and present to the management team and BU to drive the customer-oriented solution and product development;
  • Prepare relative materials and provide dedicated training to stakeholders including but not limited to Customers, Business Channels, Sales team, etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in medical or other related areas;
  • Typically 5+ years of successful track record and leadership experiences in diagnostic imaging industry;
  • Business acumen, communication, and management skills;
  • Deep understanding of diagnostic imaging ecosystem and key customer needs;
  • Open minded and strong entrepreneurship
