Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and existing clients.

• Upsell and renew packages for existing clients in a timely manner to maintain client retention.

• Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to manual billing.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients on a name-to-name basis.

• Notifying the Manager of any clients’ complaints or grievances and assisting in

appropriate response.

• Being knowledgeable of all products and programs and building value.

• Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards timely resolution.

• Consistently looking for opportunities to gain new clients and elevate service levels.

• Actively build a network of contacts through referrals.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Work closely with Team Leader to identify trainers with gaps in schedules and match them with new client prospects.

Candidate Requirements and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience.

• Previous experience in sales (specifically within Fitness, F&B, Hotel Services or other

Consumer Service industries is a plus)

• Fluent Arabic and English written and spoken is a must

• Two years Sales Experience in B2C

• Salesforce knowledge is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills

• A positive, confident and determined approach

• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection

• A high degree of self-motivation and ambition

• The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
