Job Description

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. A CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of Accounting experience in a healthcare or medical facility in UAE.

Knowledge of Medical Billing & Insurance: Familiarity with medical coding, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management.

Financial Reporting & Compliance: Strong understanding of financial statements, audits and regulatory compliance (e.g., DHA, MOHA, VAT).

Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP and/or healthcare-specific ERP systems).

Attention to Detail & Analytical Skills: Ability to handle payroll, reconciliations, expense tracking and budgeting accurately.
