✔️ Experience in healthcare: Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care processes, on call, homecare or health insurance is a big plus!
✔️ Experience in dispatching medical team and ambulance is a big advantage
✔️ Strong communication skills: You excel in active listening, empathy, and providing clear information.
✔️ Problem-solving mindset: You’re skilled at resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively and can do multitasking.
