Job Description

  • Creates a positive patient experience at our facility. Exhibits a proactive approach toward ensuring excellent patient care.
  • Single point of contact for scheduling cases, OP clinics, feedback, and handling CBD queries on daily basis. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer service.  
  • Knowledge in ICD-10 and CPT coding.
