Responsibilities:

Execute inbounds and outbound calls from potential clients within the cosmetics and aesthetics niche.

Present and promote our range of cosmetic products/services to prospective customers.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and sales strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in call center, ideally within a clinic specializing in cosmetics and aesthetics.

Familiarity with cosmetic treatments and procedures is highly advantageous.

Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
