What You’ll Do:
✅ Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
✅ Manage appointments, registrations, and inquiries efficiently.
✅ Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
✅ Handle patient feedback and support a positive experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
– experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus!).
– Friendly, energetic, and patient-focused attitude.
