Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with appointments, provide information about services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
• Proficient in Computer Literacy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are desirable

Salary Range :- 3500 AED to 4000 AED
