About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative – Medical Insurance to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to build a career in the insurance industry, particularly in medical insurance servicing for corporate, SME, and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and servicing the medical insurance portfolio for corporate, SME, and individual clients.
• Support the complete onboarding process for new clients.
• Help prepare and send quotations based on client needs and requirements.
• Coordinate and process policy endorsements and insurance claims.
• Assist in the development of employee benefits plans tailored to client needs.
• Create and format presentations and product comparisons to support client decisions.
• Communicate and follow up with insurance providers for quotations, terms, and updates.
• Ensure all documentation and processes are compliant with company policies and local regulations.
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding medical insurance and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through efficient customer service and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
• Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
