Job Description

Job Purpose:

To communicate with customers via phone and other communication channels, provide accurate information and support, resolve inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Accurately record customer information and interactions in the system.
  • Address and escalate customer complaints to the appropriate department and follow up until resolution.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and available offers.
  • Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using computers and call center software.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred.
