Job Description
Job Purpose:
To communicate with customers via phone and other communication channels, provide accurate information and support, resolve inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Accurately record customer information and interactions in the system.
- Address and escalate customer complaints to the appropriate department and follow up until resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and available offers.
- Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using computers and call center software.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred.
