Role Overview

As Dental Sales Manager, you will own our dental segment—driving growth for multiple brands. You’ll build and lead a team of territory reps, develop strategic partnerships with dental clinics, hospitals and key accounts, and translate our best-in-class portfolio into tailored solutions for practitioners and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for dental products across the UAE and GCC
  • Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and adjust tactics to exceed revenue goals

Account & Territory Management

  • Identify, segment and prioritize dental clinics, hospital dental departments, laboratory groups and pharmacies
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: presentations, product demos, pricing proposals and contract negotiations

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train and mentor a dental sales team, driving performance through coaching and clear objectives
  • Conduct regular field ride-alongs, performance reviews and skills workshops

Partnerships & Channel Development

  • Forge alliances with key opinion leaders, dental associations and buying groups
  • Negotiate annual distribution agreements with target accounts

Marketing & Education

  • Collaborate with Marketing to run in-office workshops, webinars and CME-accredited training for dentists and hygienists
  • Oversee demo kits, sample programs and point-of-care materials in clinics and pharmacies

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Deliver monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports and post-launch performance analyses
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and regulatory changes impacting the dental segment

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Dentistry or related field
  • 6+ years’ B2B sales experience in dental, medical devices or pharmaceuticals within the GCC. Dental consumables experience is preferable.
  • Proven track record managing and scaling a sales team, with significant annual targets.
  • Leadership experience overseeing a sales team, including coaching, target-setting and performance management
  • Strategic responsibility for cultivating and expanding relationships with top-tier dental accounts, pharmacies and government clinics
  • Track record of developing account-specific sales plans based on client purchasing power, patient volumes and decision-maker insights
  • Ability to negotiate high-value contracts, framework agreements or tenders with both private practices and public health entities
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally (marketing, operations, regulatory) to tailor programs for government-run clinics
