Axis Dental Lab is a leading and rapidly growing dental laboratory based in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality restorative and cosmetic dental products using state-of-the-art technology and exceptional craftsmanship. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and meticulous Dental Ceramist to join our full-time team.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the final layering, staining, and glazing of Emax and Zirconia restorations to achieve optimal aesthetics and function. Your main responsibilities will include:

Applying porcelain and creating natural-looking contours and surface textures on all fixed prosthetics.

Mastering custom staining and glazing techniques to ensure restorations perfectly match the patient’s existing dentition.

Effectively communicating with dentists, laboratory managers, and team members regarding case design, shade, and quality.

Collaborating closely with the laboratory manager and technicians to maintain the highest quality control standards.

Working efficiently within production schedules to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Dental Ceramist, with a strong focus on highly aesthetic anterior and posterior restorations in Emax and Zirconia.

English proficiency is a must for effective communication with our international clientele and team.

A current and valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License is mandatory for this position.

An outstanding portfolio of cases demonstrating exceptional layering, shade matching, and anatomical accuracy is required and must be submitted with your application.

Expertise in dentist communication to clarify prescriptions and ensure precise patient outcomes.

Exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for color, and a commitment to precision.
