Job Description

  • Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers and scanning manual medical records. 

Responsibilities

  • Collects medical records.
  • Arranges medical records systematically.
  • Scans manual medical records to be uploaded into the electronic medical records.
  • Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information. 
  • Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations. 
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. 
  • Other duty assigned by the Head of the Department

Qualifications

  • At least a high school graduate or its equivalent.
  • The ability to understand what the customer wants.
  • The ability to cope with the pressure of fast-paced work.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.  Spoken Arabic is advantageous but not essential.
