Position: Group Homecare Manager

Key Responsibilities:
> Oversee and manage home healthcare operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
> Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and patient care.
> Lead and support homecare managers and healthcare staff, ensuring seamless coordination and performance.
> Monitor operational budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
> Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, medical professionals, and regulatory bodies.
> Ensure all homecare services adhere to health and safety guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
> Minimum 5-7 years of experience in home healthcare management.
> Strong knowledge of homecare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
> Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
> Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operational efficiency
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams and stakeholders.
