Your Key Responsibilities: Here’s what you’ll do:

Strategic Leadership & Business Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of MEA’s annual and 3-year business plans, ensuring alignment with global rehabilitation, clinical, and customer service strategies.
  • Lead the development and execution of the regional rehabilitation functional plan, with short- and long-term goals tailored to local market dynamics.
  • Translate global strategies into regional actions that drive sustainable growth, enhance outcomes, and improve patient experience.
    Rehabilitation Excellence & Customer Experience
  • Act as the primary escalation point for rehabilitation-related challenges, driving issue resolution with professionalism and impact.
  • Define, improve, and implement rehabilitation policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate on customer experience strategies to support a seamless, patient-centered care journey.
    Education & Training Development:
  • Identify, assess, and address training needs across internal teams and external partners (clinics, distributors, HCPs).
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs and materials that build clinical competency and confidence.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager MEA to align development plans with future business needs.
    Research & Clinical Partnership:
  • Evaluate and prioritize clinical research opportunities to support outcomes-focused initiatives.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of research projects in partnership with local clinics and the EMEA Clinical Studies team.
  • Drive the integration of research findings into clinical practice to improve care and build long-term loyalty.
    Facility & Team Leadership:
  • Oversee clinical support facility operations, ensuring compliance, performance quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Review service delivery, gather feedback from referring clinics, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and lead a skilled team by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and innovation.

    Your Profile: Who We’re Looking For:
    You are a skilled communicator, strategic thinker, and clinical expert who thrives in complex, multicultural environments. You bring:
  • A background in Audiology, Rehabilitation, Speech Therapy, or Clinical Sciences (Master’s or PhD preferred).
  • Proven experience leading rehabilitation, training, or clinical service functions in a medical/healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical outcomes, patient pathways, and customer experience principles.
  • Ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive change.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (additional regional languages a plus).
  • Willingness to travel within the MEA region as required.
