Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager, located in Dubai. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. The role includes budgeting, planning and implementing training programs, and maintaining communication with clients and healthcare professionals. The Clinic Manager will also be responsible for maintaining clinic standards, handling client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with medical regulations.
Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of Medicine and healthcare regulations
• Ability to develop and implement Training programs
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
