This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager, located in Dubai. The Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, manage staff scheduling, ensure compliance with health regulations, and maintain high standards of patient care. Responsibilities include implementing efficient workflows, handling financial tasks like budgeting and billing, fostering a positive patient experience, and collaborating with dental professionals to ensure seamless operations. This role also involves maintaining inventories, managing vendor relationships, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Qualifications
Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for clinic management is an advantage.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate clinic operations effectively
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management
Experience in healthcare compliance, clinic operations, and maintaining regulatory standards
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for fostering staff development and creating positive patient relationships
Background in dental or healthcare services is preferred, with a focus on customer service and patient-centric care
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and address challenges proactively
