Vacancy: Senior Approval Coordinator

Are you a certified coding and insurance approvals expert ready to take on a senior role in one of the Middle East’s leading healthcare providers?

Your Role: You will be the crucial link between our clinical services, the patient, and the insurance payers, ensuring every service is pre-approved, accurately coded, and financially viable.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
✅ 3+ Years of UAE Experience: Minimum three years in a UAE RCM/Approvals department OR three years of dedicated medical coding experience.
✅ Certified Coder is a MUST: Hold a current certification from a recognized body (e.g., AAPC-CPC or AHIMA-CCS).
✅ Expert knowledge of UAE healthcare insurance rules and approval processes.
✅ Proven track record of high approval success rates and denial prevention.
