We’re Hiring: Pre-Authorization Manager

Saudi German Hospital Dubai is hiring a Pre-Authorization Manager to lead IP/OP insurance approvals, ensure compliance, drive efficiency, and maintain high patient service standards.

🔸Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all IP/OP pre-approvals in line with insurance policies and SOPs.
• Lead the Pre-Authorization team to meet KPIs and ensure timely approvals, including DRG and high-cost cases.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and internal departments for seamless workflows.
• Monitor productivity, ensure accurate documentation, and generate regular reports.
• Support RCM leadership in resolving complex patient and payer-related issues.

🔸Requirements:
• Medical degree or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in RCM or insurance coordination.
• Strong knowledge of ICD, CPT, HCPCS, and DRG coding systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; English and Arabic preferred.
