We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurses to join our Home Heath care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with the DHA regulations and healthcare standards.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patient care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers, ensuring that all care instructions are clearly understood.
• Assist in patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and documentation.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication management, and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with DHA regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Assist in routine medical procedures and ensure the maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay current with nursing practices and DHA guidelines.

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
