We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment strategies and help build the future of healthcare retail.

Role:

  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across the organization
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across pharmacy, retail, supply chain, corporate, and healthcare verticals
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and drive talent strategies aligned with business goals
  • Enhance employer branding efforts through campaigns, social media, and partnerships
  • Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for critical and niche roles
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and continuously improve processes
  • Ensure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role
  • Proven experience hiring in high-growth, fast-paced environments – ideally in retail, healthcare, or consumer sectors
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute and deliver results
  • Knowledge of modern recruiting tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems
