We’re looking for talented individuals to join our organization!

1. Clinical Coder

✔Education : Health Informatics / or Equivalent Disciplines related to Science or Healthcare Management.

✔ Mandatory Certification: Certification such as CCS, CCS-P, CPC, or equivalent certification from international professional coding certification organization.

✔ Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in the Health Information Management field.

✔ Core Responsibilities :
– Obtain accurate clinical information from medical records and assign appropriate clinical codes with minimum productivity standards, i.e. total encounters coded per shift as set by BHI department in line with coding benchmarking standards.
– Work either at health center or in a centralized location to perform coding tasks at any given shift hours or weekdays to meet coding completion guidelines.
Utilize official coding guidelines to allocate codes for diagnosis, treatments and procedures in line with clinical information in patient records.
– Adhere to coding principles, standards, and guidelines set by Ministry of Health and PHCC.
– Demonstrate proactive approach to patient safety by thinking what might go wrong in all undertakings and take necessary measures to prevent them from happening.
Identify and report potential or actual patient safety concerns, errors and/or near misses in timely manner.
– Follow patient safety-related policies, procedures and protocols.
