We’re Hiring: Home Healthcare Coder – Outpatient (Abu Dhabi Experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Home Healthcare Coder with strong outpatient coding expertise to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves reviewing medical records and clinical documentation, and assigning accurate ICD-10-AM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for home healthcare and outpatient services in compliance with DOH (Abu Dhabi) and payer requirements.

Responsibilities:
· Review and code home healthcare and outpatient records (nursing, physiotherapy, physician visits, etc.).
· Ensure compliance with DOH coding guidelines and insurance requirements.
· Support claims submission, minimize denials, and ensure timely revenue cycle processes.
· Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to clarify documentation.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s in Health Information Management/Medical Records (preferred).
· Certified Coder (CPC, CCS).
· 2–3 years’ coding experience in Abu Dhabi healthcare system (outpatient/homecare).
· Strong knowledge of ICD-10-AM, CPT, HCPCS, and DOH regulations.
