✅ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Coding OR UAE RCM departments.
✅ MANDATORY Certification from a recognized body (AAPC or AHIMA – e.g., CPC, CCS).
✅ Expert knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and UAE healthcare coding guidelines (DHA/HAAD).
✅ Proven track record of high coding accuracy and claims success.
