Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational plans for the laboratory department.
• Lead initiatives that improve laboratory processes and ensure high-quality outcomes in patient diagnostics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to analyze and optimize laboratory workflows.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of laboratory activities and results.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in laboratory operations.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a Science specialization.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience in plant genetics and automated workstation systems.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
