Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior/Junior Laboratory Technologist, based in Dubai. The Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests, handling and maintaining laboratory equipment, conducting quality control procedures, and analyzing specimens. Daily tasks include preparing samples, ensuring accurate test results, and adhering to strict laboratory protocols and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Skills
• Experience with various Laboratory Equipment
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret test results accurately
• Knowledge of Quality Control procedures in a laboratory setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Certification from a recognized professional body is an advantage
• Experience in stem cell and molecular genomics processes is a plus
