Requirments:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
1-2 years experience of laboratory tests and medical analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-oriented attitude.

Solid knowledge of microsoft office
Provide technical support and guidance to customers using diagnostic laboratory devices.
Act as a communication link between clients and the technical team.
Document and report customer feedback and technical issues.
