We’re Hiring: Business Development & Marketing Representative

Medisal for Pharmaceuticals Industry LLC – Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

As a proud United Arab Emirates company based in Abu Dhabi, Medisal Pharma is dedicated to excellence in manufacturing high-quality pharmaceutical products. To support our operations, we are looking to hire a skilled Business Development & Marketing Representative to strengthen our market presence and drive strategic partnerships across the UAE healthcare sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare groups in the UAE.
• Promote Medisal Pharma’s range of IV solutions and injectable products to key decision-makers.
• Support marketing activities, product awareness campaigns, and brand engagement initiatives.
• Conduct market research, identify trends, and prepare competitive analyses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, pharmacists, and medical directors.
• Prepare proposals, product presentations, marketing content, and periodic reports.
• Coordinate internally with Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Production, and Sales for smooth operations.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales within the UAE is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to understand pharmaceutical product specifications and regulatory pathways.
• UAE driving license REQUIRED.
