Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmaceutical Sales Supervisor located in Dubai. The Pharmaceutical Sales Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, manage and coordinate sales activities, Achieving target , , and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. The supervisor will be responsible for training and mentoring sales representatives, developing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Effective communication with both team members and customers is crucial.
