Job Description
1. Job Purpose
To support outbound business operations by conducting sales activities, engaging potential customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves researching market trends, assisting in client communications, and maintaining accurate documentation to enhance customer acquisition and retention efforts.
2. Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and ensure conversions.
- Meet assigned sales targets by effectively communicating product offerings.
- Analyze customer requirements to suggest suitable insurance products.
- Research potential clients and market trends to optimize sales outreach.
- Evaluate customer feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
- Interpret sales data and performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Compile reports on outbound sales performance for management review.
- Identify gaps in customer communication and propose enhancements.
- Calculate key sales metrics, including conversion rates and customer retention figures.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Support the team in administrative and operational tasks related to outbound sales.
Quality & Excellence Management:
- Document customer interactions and maintain records for compliance purposes.
- Observe company standards and best practices in outbound sales processes.
- Verify accuracy of customer records and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Summarize key performance insights and share recommendations for process improvements.
- Present periodic reports on sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
3. Qualifications and Experience
Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional Certifications such as Certified Professional Salesperson (CPSP), or equivalent is advantageous.
Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
