Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include promoting skincare products and services, handling customer follow-ups, and addressing customer support inquiries effectively.

Qualifications

• Sales and Communication skills to effectively close deals and build rapport with customers
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience to address inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
• Ability to deliver training or product knowledge as required to educate customers or peers
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in sales or customer service
• Aesthetic clinic experience is a plus.
