ELEMENTAL DAY SURGICAL CENTER is a new, modern day-surgery clinic focused on safe, efficient, patient-centric care. We’re assembling a high-performing team and looking for a Nurse Manager to set the standard from day one.

What you’ll do:

• Lead daily nursing operations in pre-op, intra-op, recovery/PACU, and ambulatory pathways
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and quality KPIs; drive compliance with DHA standards and internal SOPs
• Build and mentor the nursing roster: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews
• Own clinical documentation standards, medication management, and incident reporting
• Partner with surgeons, anesthetists, and admin to ensure smooth case flow and great patient experience
• Manage consumables & inventory; coordinate with procurement and service for equipment readiness
• Prepare for audits/inspections; run mock drills (codes, fire, disaster) and ongoing training

You have:

• Registered Nurse with DHA license/eligibility (or transferable UAE license)
• 5–7+ years total experience, incl. 2+ years as Nurse Manager
• Strong leadership, calm under pressure, excellent patient communication
• Day surgery / ambulatory / aesthetic or dermatology clinic experience
