Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Newborn/Childcare Specialist. The specialist will provide personalized care to newborns and young children, catering to their medical, developmental, and emotional needs. Key responsibilities include creating care plans, monitoring the child’s health, supporting parents with child-rearing guidance, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment. The role also involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals and maintaining client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in newborn care, childcare practices, and developmental needs assessment
• Knowledge in healthcare standards, infant medical care, and wellness programs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate and support parents effectively
• Capability to operate independently while adhering to the highest standards of care and professionalism
• Relevant certifications or licensure in childcare or nursing (e.g., DHA-licensed professional)
• Commitment to compassion, discretion, and attention to detail in care delivery
• Flexibility to adapt to clients’ specific needs and schedules
