Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Ortho Specialist. The Ortho Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, performing orthopedic surgeries, and developing treatment plans. Daily tasks include patient consultations, conducting examinations, interpreting medical imaging, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. The specialist will also contribute to the development of patient care protocols and participate in continuous education and training activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, including orthopedic surgeries.
• Strong skills in patient consultation, examination, and interpretation of medical imaging.
• Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Commitment to continuous education, training, and development of patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Medical degree in Orthopedics with relevant certifications and licenses.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
