Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will handle appointment scheduling, manage phone communications professionally, coordinate patient care plans, and ensure an efficient patient experience. Daily tasks will include interacting with patients, understanding medical terminologies, and providing exceptional support in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Competency in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining professional Phone Etiquette
• Experience in Care Coordination and understanding of Medical Terminology
• Ability to provide excellent Patient Care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
