Job Overview
We are seeking a well-presented and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our clinic. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and positive attitude.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously.
• Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client check-in/check-out.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance is mandatory.
• Friendly, approachable, and client-oriented personality.
• Fluent in [English/Arabic/Other languages as required].
