Patient Coordinator – Emerald Avenue Medical Clinic (Dubai | Full-Time)
Emerald Avenue Medical Clinic is seeking a dedicated and professional Patient Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai (JBR area).
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience, guiding them through their treatment journey, and ensuring every interaction reflects the care and excellence our clinic is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with enquiries about treatments, doctors, and clinic services.
Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in enquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate efficiently with doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain and update patient records in the CRM system.
Communicate confidently using medical terminology across various specialties.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Russian language is an advantage.
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred.
Comfortable using CRM or EMR systems and digital communication platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
