Role Description

This is a part-time remote Therapist role at HR Mantra. The Therapist will provide individual and group therapy sessions, offer mental health assessments and interventions, and create individualized treatment plans. They will also be responsible for maintaining client progress notes, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and providing remote counseling through various digital platforms.
Qualifications

• Skills in conducting individual and group therapy, mental health assessments, and creating treatment plans
• Strong knowledge in mental health interventions and crisis management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with digital counseling platforms and remote work tools
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensure as a Therapist or Counselor
• Experience in employee wellbeing programs and corporate therapy is a plus
