• Assess patients’ physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs through detailed evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans in line with patient conditions and goals.
• Deliver therapy sessions both virtually (via Wellxa App) and in-person (home visits) when required.
• Provide preventive and corrective exercises to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore physical function.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on posture, lifestyle modifications, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment progress in the Wellxa EMR system.
• Adhere to DHA regulations and Wellxa policies on patient care, privacy, and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Master’s preferred).
• Valid DHA license or eligibility for licensing in Dubai.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience, ideally including home-care or telehealth exposure.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports injury rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication skills, with a patient-centric and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Multilingual skills (Arabic/English/other languages) are an advantage.
