Role Overview

We are looking for licensed, compassionate, and experienced Therapists, Counselors, and Psychologists to join our global provider network. This is a fully remote, flexible-role where you can choose your own hours and work with clients worldwide through our secure telehealth platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy via video or audio sessions.
• Offer short-term emotional support (hotline calls – 10–15 minutes) when opted-in.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychodynamic Therapy, etc.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client notes using our HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant system.
• Work collaboratively with the MantraCare wellness team when needed.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards as per your licensing board.

Requirements

• A valid and current therapy license in your practicing country (Psychologist, Counselor, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychotherapist, etc.).
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (post-licensure preferred).
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (Spanish, Arabic, French, Korean, Hebrew, etc.) are a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a private space for sessions.
