Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Receptionist at Pearl Dental Clinic in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with appointment scheduling and front desk operations
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and record-keeping
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in a healthcare or dental setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
