Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow-ups
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary
- Process patient billing and payments accurately
- Generate and issue receipts
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and welcoming
- Manage filing systems (physical and/or electronic)
- Prepare and maintain reports, forms, and logs as requested
Requirements:
- Young, presentable, and confident candidate.
- Fluent in English.
- Friendly and persuasive personality with good sales skills.
- Experience in a clinic or customer service role is an advantage.
