To support our operations, we are looking to hire a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities, assist with administrative duties, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
Job Summary
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for managing front-desk operations, coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining a professional office environment, and supporting hospitality needs. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a warm demeanor, attention to detail, and a strong sense of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and receive all visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents, correspondence, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with basic meeting preparations.
- Offer tea, coffee, or water to guests and senior staff during meetings or visits.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes in line with security procedures.
- Support administrative functions, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, internal coordination, and general clerical tasks.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and duties.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Office Administration is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a welcoming attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Trustworthy, polite, and service-oriented.
