To support our operations, we are looking to hire a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities, assist with administrative duties, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

Job Summary

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for managing front-desk operations, coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining a professional office environment, and supporting hospitality needs. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a warm demeanor, attention to detail, and a strong sense of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive all visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents, correspondence, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with basic meeting preparations.
  • Offer tea, coffee, or water to guests and senior staff during meetings or visits.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes in line with security procedures.
  • Support administrative functions, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, internal coordination, and general clerical tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and duties.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Office Administration is an advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance with a welcoming attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Trustworthy, polite, and service-oriented.
